Acupuncture Services

Foundational Session (First Visit)

$150 - 75 minutes

Your first visit is a space to slow down and take a deeper look at your health. This session includes a comprehensive intake and acupuncture treatment. We’ll explore your current concerns, health history, and patterns in the body, while also reviewing any relevant biomedical information to better understand your overall picture. If you have recent blood work, imaging, or reports, you’re welcome to bring them to your visit. From there, treatment begins with a focus on restoring balance and supporting your nervous system.

This isn't just about symptoms — it's about understanding how your body communicates and where care should go.

Core Acupuncture Session

A focused session for ongoing care. Tailored to your current presentation - whether you're working through a specific concern or maintaining progress. As your body becomes more responsive to treatment, sessions become more efficient and precise.

$120 - 55 minutes

Extended Acupuncture Session

A longer session that allows for a more spacious, integrative treatment. This is often supportive during the early stages of care, times of increased stress, or when your system needs a deeper reset. It's also a good option if it's been several weeks since your last treatment.

The additional time supports a more gradual pace and deeper regulation of the nervous system.

Acupuncture care built around your patterns, not just your symptoms.

Pattern-based Acupuncture

Care at Gui is guided by four interconnected pillars: the mind, the body, your broader systems of care, and the patterns shaping your health over time. Together, these pillars help create a more complete understanding of how symptoms are experienced, expressed, and treated through acupuncture.

Why Pattern-based Acupuncture?

Many health concerns do not exist in isolation. Stress and anxiety may affect sleep, digestion, tension, energy, or emotional wellbeing - and these relationships can change over time.

Pattern-based acupuncture care considers how symptoms, lifestyle, nervous system regulation, and overall health may relate, rather than viewing concerns separately. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this approach helps guide more individualized and collaborative care.

Pattern-based care aims to create a more complete picture of health - one that can shift how symptoms are understood.
